New York, NY. April 8, 2009. KRWW, LLC (KRWW), a Delaware limited liability corporation, has acquired substantially all of the assets of CDG Technology, Inc. and CDG Research Corporation, makers of chlorine dioxide disinfection products.
KRWW has changed its name to CDG Environmental, LLC, and is continuing the operations of the predecessor companies, selling highly-engineered chlorine dioxide chemistries for municipal drinking water treatment, commercial and industrial water treatment and disinfection of domestic water in hospitals and hotels.
