On April 8, 2009. KRWW, LLC (KRWW), a Delaware limited liability corporation, has acquired substantially all of the assets of CDG Technology, Inc. and CDG Research Corporation, makers of chlorine dioxide disinfection products. The assets were purchased from the bankruptcy estate of the CDG companies, which filed for protection under Chapter 11 on February 3, 2009.
KRWW will change its name to CDG Environmental, LLC, and will continue the operations of the predecessor companies, selling highly engineered chlorine dioxide chemistries for municipal drinking water treatment, commercial and industrial water treatment and disinfection of domestic water in hospitals and hotels.
